How to get exposed as a artist

How to get exposed as a artist.

Are you just starting your career as a artist? Or maybe you want to know how to get exposure and get more fans WITHOUT spamming Youtube videos and other social medias,
It's easy, or well its not like you're going to have the record labels knocking on your door, but with this guide you ARE going to get exposure and new fans, still reading? Perfect it means i got your attention, now make yourself something to drink and just relax and read through the steps to get exposure and fans without struggling through every social media begging for a view.

Dont show your work if you think you are good....
Sounds crazy right? But it's the truth, alot of artists goes to the studio and records a song then they are eager to upload it and show their masterpiece to the world, which is a pretty bad idea and as a artist you should wait until you are listening to your own music and thinking like Oh my god is this me!?! That's when you should show your music to the world, remember quality over quantity.
And i think both of us would not listen to some B-artist which sucks?
Now, if you dont understand what i just said then let me explain myself dont share your music when you think you are good, share it when you are thinking "Oh my god is this me?!"
And also a quick sub-hint, it is going to take alot of time and patience to get exposed as a artist.

Choose your genre and stick to it...
Yes it is true, i think we are all tired of listening to artists who starts as a soul singer and ends up as a  "drug-dealing" rapper.
Think for yourself what kind of music you want to create, and for fuck's sake dont be eager about money-making genre's you need patience!
If you think you are going to make thousands of dollars and get a lambo next month then just go and get a 8-5 job, you need patience so dont even think about money yet!
But honestly the genre should not be a problem, i mean you obviously grew up listening to one genre that you like over the others, though ofcourse you can like several genres but just for gods sake, stick to one, no one wants to listen to a fan that's changing their genre.
Now i should stop repeating myself and move on to the next step.

Show your fans that you support them and TALK to them...
Yes you're not going to be the next Rihanna or Eminem, all of the mainstream artists dosent give a single fuck about their fans, they get their paycheck then feeds their family, ever heard of Hopsin? He's a rapper who started to make music in his basement and now he got over twenty million views on Youtube and he's been all around the world touring, check this video before you continue to read:

There we go, the video is divided to three parts but you can obviously find them yourself, and now let me continue to the topic and not giving more people PR.
For example Hopsin turned a couple fans to millions of fans, how? THROUGH THE GOD DAMN SOCIAL MEDIAS!
It's easy and everyone can use them even my grandmother and there's 1000's of social medias but only a few of them are worth it, let me browse you through them, all of them are free and easy to use.
